How Does It Work?
Instead of placing an implant for every missing tooth, our surgeons place exactly four strategically positioned titanium implants into the jaw. The rear implants are tilted at a 45-degree angle to maximize contact with dense bone, often eliminating the need for complex bone grafting.

The most remarkable benefit of All-on-4 is immediate loading. On the day of your surgery, a temporary fixed acrylic bridge is attached to the implants.
